HikeList is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or losses that occur during any hikes listed on the site.

If you submit a trail review or comment:
- You give us permission to publish and display your content on HikeList
- You promise it’s your own original work
- You agree we may lightly edit for clarity or formatting
- We may use your content in paid products or advertising without asking you first.

6. Changes to the Terms
